This is a long overdue review. Dan was the only one to respond to a desperate call for removal of snow from roof, which as it melted was pouring into house, in the horrible winter of 2015. He got the job done quickly and then was extremely helpful through the many months of negotiating with the insurance company. Once that was settled, thanks to his help, he and his team redid several rooms in the house and all of the work looks beautiful. He is very approachable and explains things so that you understand what is needed without being in the least bit pushy. He continues to do plowing, and he will definitely be called again the next time work needs to be done.
